　◆ＤＩＧ（災害図上訓練）
　市民対応＝災害を想定し危険地区・避難路を認識し防災意識を向上させる。
　企業対応＝災害机上訓練：災害対応計画が計画通り実践できるかの訓練を時系列の訓練を机上で行う。会場で災害のシナリオを発表し、そのシナリオに対して会場内で対応する「○○地区で地震発生、情報遮断、断片的な情報が入っています。交通網停止、3吊が軽傷、工場のボヤ発生、鎮火連絡、サーバーの自動停止、ネットワークの遮断《などを受けて想定している装備で情報連携し、災害対策本部が機能するよう実践的訓練を行う。

　◆ＨＵＧ（避難所運営訓練）
　住民が指定避難所に避難した際に、地域住民で協力して避難所を開設していく机上訓練。
　実際に使用する学校の図面を用意し、その中で災害対策本部をどこに設置し、医務室で傷病人の受け入れ、ペット対策の実施、津波避難で3階以上に避難する場合などを想定する。その後ボランティアの受け入れ態勢をどのようにするかなど図を元にして訓練するゲーム
　実践することで、避難所の全容が見えてきて避難生活のスタートがスムーズになり、防災意識向上につながる

　診断対象：周辺道路、電線、配管、避難経路、避難階段、誘導灯、非常灯、キャビネットなど什器の固定具合、ダクト、高温設備、測定器具の固定の必要性、危険物倉庫、パソコンの向きとデータ管理、バックアップ指導、照明、天井、防火ドア、排煙設備、消火器、消火栓のとの位置関係の確認など実践的な診断を行います。

　■Disaster prevention for companies is all about planning : Can the plan be carried out in realistic circumstances. Simulations using a realistic timescale.
　Firstly announce the simulated disaster within the venue and provide only partial information (simulating actual events).
　Traffic lights are down, 3 staff members are injured, a small fire in the factory. Contact the fire services, automatic shutdown of the server and the internet.
　In this example the disaster prevention team will have to try to see if they could actually deal with the issues at hand and work cohesively.

　■HUG (Practice in Managing a shelter for survivors)
　The steps required to set up and manage a shelter.
　Using the floor plan of the building to be used, we will decide where to set up the disaster response H.Q., where to look after the injured, how to deal with pets, and setting up the shelter on the third floor in the event of a tsunami.
　We will also look at how to mobilise and use volunteers and many other aspects using a training game approach.
　Through practice we can get a feel for how actual events will unfold in a disaster, this makes things much smoother in a real situation and raises awareness of the whole procedure.

　■All round disaster prevention training.
　Earthquake→Immediate shelter→Head count→Gather information→Free the injured and trapped people from debris→Carry the injured to safety→First aid→Do a check of the premises→discover a fire→preliminary fire fighting→find a hose and put the fire out→Move to the regional larger shelter→Make sure the shelter is safe from Tsunamis. This training also includes using a defibrillator and CPR, using a jack and a crowbar for rescue, practice making food for survivors (large numbers of people), practice handing out supplies, implementing a business continuity plan, returning home after a disaster, setting up a disaster headquarters and more.

　■[Disaster prevention in Apartment buildings]
　Raising awareness of disaster prevention, for residents in high rise apartments. Analysing the risks in any particular apartment.
　Firstly I conduct a walk through assessment. Then I provide a practical plan of what should be stockpiled, how to manage the stockpiling and all the practical steps and work that will be needed in disaster prevention. This includes preparations for those who require special assistance and differences in numbers present during the day and at night as well as other advice specific to apartments. I also explain about the special role that tall buildings play in tsunamis as islands of safety that need to care for people living lower to the ground.

　I asses how well prepared the factory or office is for a level 7 earthquake.
　Contents of the assessment:
　The road network around the building, power lines, plumbing, escape exits and routes, emergency lighting, cabinets and furniture, air ducts, the safety of high temperature equipment, safe locations and protection for delicate equipment, safe storage of dangerous materials, computers and data storage, back ups, lighting, ceiling panels and materials, fire doors, smoke extraction equipment, fire extinguishers and hoses and their positioning as well as other practical checks.
